At the Annual General Meeting in Busselton on Saturday 17 October 2009 all positions of the committee will become vacant and a new committee will be elected for the forthcoming year.

The 14th Nation Rally of all Caravan Clubs from Australia will be held at Elmore Special Events Centre with the gates opening on 30 December 2010 for days of making new friends, fun and entertainment.

Report on the Milton Showground Get-together 20th to 27th May 2009. The Get-together commenced with a couple of wet days, however this did not interfere with a visit south to Mogo Zoo on Thursday for a few and on Friday to see "The Reader" at the movies for most. The movie was very popular with some Club husbands now reading to their spouses.

As part of our ongoing efforts in working with Councils and local authorities for the benefit of all mobile travellers, the Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia Limited (CMCA) has established the Leave No Trace Self Containment Code of Conduct Scheme. This Scheme is designed to show authorities that self-contained vehicles need not have a negative impact on the environment, even if a campsite has no facilities.
