For the benefit of members, the minutes of the Annual General Meeting and the General Meeting held in Busselton W A on 17 October 2009 are on the Club's Forum site under the "Club's discussion" heading.

To access these minutes log in by using your user name and password and then go to the Committee section

If you have not registered for the forum site go to

http://atcmcc.forumotion.com/index.htm

Under the banner click on "Register" and follow the instructions.

To be approved initially, you will need to use as your user name, your surname with your membership number.

Example:   If you are Joe Bloggs and your membership number is Aus 857 your user name will be     Bloggs857

After you have been verified that you are a Club member a message will be sent to you saying your account has been activated.  Use the same user name and password to enter the Club's private section of the forum.   If you want to change either your username or password, click on the "Profile" under the banner and do the changes if you wish.

You may use any password but please remember it as  you will need it to sign in in the future.
